Moeller Law PLLC is a Minnesota law firm. The firm's practice centers on business law, and The Headwaters Estate Plan grew out of a simple observation from that work: an estate plan should be sound, properly executed, priced before the work begins, and handled by a lawyer you can actually reach. The firm built The Headwaters Estate Plan to be exactly that.

Jim Moeller is the firm's founding attorney and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Before founding Moeller Law, he practiced at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, served as counsel at Securian Asset Management, and served as general counsel and chief legal officer of a multi-strategy investment firm. He prepares and reviews every Headwaters estate plan personally.
