The Headwaters Estate Plan is a fixed-fee estate planning package from Moeller Law PLLC. It includes, for each person: a will; a health care directive, including a funeral directive; a statutory short form power of attorney; and a personal property list kit. And if our review of your current deed confirms that a transfer on death deed is appropriate for your home, we prepare and record one transfer on death deed as part of the package.
These are attorney-prepared documents. You answer our questionnaire, we prepare your documents, we meet to review them together, and you sign with us. When a deed is part of your plan, we record it and return the recorded deed to you.
